A little about Malcolm C. Levrier.
Within the Black Order, Levrier is a high ranking inspector with a great deal of power. The Levrier family gained authority quickly after the Black Order was founded. any of them still hold positions as Central’s top officials. Even then, Malcolm C. Levrier is at the top.

Being as a tall man with bold mustache, Levrier speaks loud and likely to intimidate those around him. He seems to have had a negative effect on Lenalee and Hevlaska before the story’s timeline. He does not care for the well-being of the Exorcists and other members of the Black Order and will do anything to win the war against the Earl.
