Naruto finally joins the battle on the bridge. But he gets caught in the middle of Haku’s jutsu as well, he and Sasuke must work together to escape. Kakashi is unable to help them, as he must deal with Zabuza to protect Sakura and Tazuna. How will the two escape from the ice mirrors without any help?

Naruto arrives just in time for the battle. Kakashi tells Naruto that he drew too much attention to himself and should’ve stayed hidden. Zabuza throws some Shuriken at Naruto, and he prepares to defend himself. To everyone’s surprise, Haku uses his needles and protects Naruto. He tells Zabuza that he wants to take Naruto out on his own. He then turns to Naruto and tells him that he’ll deal with him after he’s done with Sasuke. Sasuke prepares for Haku, and hopes that Naruto will be able to free him from the outside.

Zabuza finally returned, and this time he has Haku fighting along on his side. Haku and Sasuke go at it with Sasuke falling behind until he manages to get a kick in. Meanwhile Naruto deals with some of Gato’s henchmen. Back at the bridge Haku uses his secret jutsu, Demonic Ice Mirrors. What does this jutsu hold in store for Sasuke? Will Naruto make it to the bridge in time and save Tsunami and Inari as well?

Sasuke decides he wants a piece of Haku for the Hunter-nin trick. Zabuza gives the word, and Haku spins towards Sasuke like a tornado. Meanwhile, Gato’s henchmen have taken Inari’s mom hostage.

Naruto has a dangerous encounter with Haku in the forest. Naruto and Sasuke better complete their training, as Zabuza is alive and has returned for rthe next appearance. Will Kakashi, Sasuke, and Sakura be able to defeat the Demon of the Mist? And, can Naruto arrive in time to help out?

A girl is gathering herbs in the forest and then recognizes Naruto lying asleep in the forest as the kid that screamed at her for killing Zabuza in the forest reaches over to grab his neck. She reframes and gently wakes him. They talk for awhile, and she learns that Naruto is indeed a ninja. He trains because he must become stronger to become the best ninja in his village.

As the Zabuza’a death, things were settled to normal and Tazuna can continue to build the bridge without any fear. Everyone thought that Zabuza was dead but Kakashi thought the other way, so the taught Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke a way to train so they could better use their chakra.

A peaceful scene of a waterside home, and inside this home we find Kakashi coming to and a woman asks how he is doing. The three Genin enter with Tazuna, happy to find Kakashi awake, they all wonder about the happenings of the past few days. As Kakashi thinks, he explains the job of the ANBU. It then pans to the masked boy and the body of Zabuza, as the boy goes to remove the bandages from Zabuza’s face, he reaches up and holds the boys arm. Doing it himself, Zabuza’s mouth is filled with sharp shark like teeth, and pulls out the two long needles from his neck.
