Gothic Lolita is a Japanese teen or young adult who dresses in amazingly elaborate Gothic looking babydoll costumes. On the weekends these women walk the streets of Tokyo and Osaka and fill Yoyogi Park and Harajuku neighborhood where they pose for tourist’s pictures and sit around looking pretty. They are beautiful, glamorous, doll-like manifestations of their favorite Visual Rock stars.

Dizzy is a character from the Guilty Gear videogame series. Though she’s actually half human, Dizzy is what is known as a Commander Gear. As the term suggests, that’s a Gear that can command other Gears, controlling their fellow humanoid bio-weapons and shaping them into a more effective fighting force.

A Commander Gear – such as Justice, which led the army of Gears throughout their war against humanity – can even control a Gear that doesn’t necessarily want to do its bidding.
