The rigorous battle between Naruto and Sasuke against Haku continues. Naruto can’t continue any longer, the power of the Sharingan awakens inside of Sasuke, and the tables turn. When Haku targets a vulnerable Naruto, Sasuke risks everything to save him. Seeing his friend lie before him, a powerful force awakens inside Naruto, and fiery red chakra begins to pour out.

At this point Sakura is still trying to protect Tazuna, while Zabuza is making sure Kakashi does not try and help Sasuke and Naruto who are still fighting Haku in is Jutsu which is made of unbreakable ice mirrors.

Both Naruto and Sasuke are continuing in fight with Haku and are getting beaten bad. Sasuke begins to be able to trace Haku’s movements, after having Naruto try and escape a few times. At the same time, Kakashi and Zabuza begin their fight outside. Kakashi shows his Sharingan again, but Zabuza tries to remove it from Kakashi’s head. He fails, but tells Kakashi he has figured out the Sharingan and disappears in the mist. Can Naruto and Sasuke escape from Haku’s jutsu? What plan does Zabuza have to defeat the Sharingan?

Kakashi tells Sakura that even if Naruto and Sasuke manage to defeat Haku’s technique, they don’t have the heart to kill him. Sakura screams in frustration while Kakashi decides to end it with his Sharingan. Just as Kakashi was to attack, Zabuza made the first move and tries to stab his eye. Kakashi manage to avoid direct hit but did took of some injuries. Zabuza tells that Haku’s techniques were all taught by him but Haku’s ability currently surpasses his own.

Kakashi was captured and Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura must defend against Zabuza’s attacks. At first Naruto was scared and inteded to flee, but he remembered his promise he swore on pain. He has no other choice but to fight, so they can save Kakashi and keep Tazuna alive. Naruto realizes that he must work together with Sasuke to save Kakashi. Will the combined effort of the two allow them to free Kakashi and defeat Zabuza?

The opening replays the battle between Kakashi and Zabuza leading up to Zabuza’s capture. Naruto and co are impressed that Kakashi has declared the match over. Zabuza taunts him, declaring that Kakashi won’t be able to capture him so easily. He then appears behind Kakashi and kicks him backwards. Kakashi disappears into the river as Zabuza chases him with his big sword.
